Notice is hereby given that the Town of Topsail Beach Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 10, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, via Zoom format, to consider amendments to the Land Development Code regulating floating structures as follows:

1. Amendment to Chapter 16, Article IV, Zoning, Section 89, Land Development Code, Article IV, Zoning, Section 33, Definitions and Section 86 Table of Uses and Standards, Section 87, Accessory Use Standards and Section 89, Non-Residential Use Standards
