Notice is hereby given that the Town of Topsail Beach Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on April 22, beginning at 2:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, via zoom format, to consider the following request for a variance:

1. Greg Hall submitted a request for a variance from Section 16.90 Dimensional Requirements of the Town’s Land Development Code to allow relief from the maximum lot coverage to allow expansion of the residence for property located at 919 South Anderson Boulevard, Topsail Beach, North Carolina.

During the public hearing, persons with a direct interest in this matter will be given the opportunity to provide evidence. The Board of Adjustments may thereafter act upon the proposed application, which action may include approval, denial, approval with conditions or modification, or deferral of action until a subsequent meeting.
