The Inspections Department is responsible for inspecting new construction and improvements to existing structures to insure that all local and state regulations are followed. All requests for inspections must be called in or emailed by 4pm for the following business day. Inspections are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 1pm, schedule may be subject to change. Please call the Community Development Building and leave a detailed message for Chris Flessner with your name, number, permit number, project address and type of inspection at (910)328-5194 or email a copy of the following inspection request form to [email protected].
