TB Code 4-24(b) - All dogs must be on a leash when off its own property limits from the period between May 15 through September 30 of each year.  Additionally, all dogs must be on a leash from April 1 through September 30 of each year in the area designated as Coastal Barrier Resources System (CBRS) Unit L07 by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and as clearly marked by the Town.  Voice control shall not be recognized as an authorized method of restraint.  
TB Code 4-24(e) - It is the responsibility of a dog's owner or custodian to clean up their dog's feces from any public or private property outside of their own property limits. These properties are to include, but not be limited to beaches, rights-of-way, paths and public access areas. 
TB Code 22-66(b) - Four-wheel drive vehicles registered by a state DMV and possessing valid town permits shall be allowed on the beach strand only within the area designated by the Town at any time, 24 hours a day, during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. October 1; of each year and ending at 12:00 midnight on January 15. Provided, further, that motor-driven vehicles registered by a state DMV and operated by handicapped persons as defined herein and possessing valid town permits shall be allowed on designated areas of the beach strand as provided in this division at all times of the year; provided, however, that during the periods of January 16 through September 30, motor-driven vehicles registered by a state DMV and operated by handicapped persons shall only be allowed on designated areas of the beach strand between sunrise and sunset.
TB Code 22-97(b) - No parking is allowed on the main traveled portion of the road.
TB Code 22-97(c) - No parking is allowed in a manner that blocks the fire department, rescue department, business, or private driveway.
TB Code 22-97(l)(1) - No parking is allowed on the paved portion of a bike path.
TB Code 10-19(a) - It is unlawful to create, continue to permit an unreasonably loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noise.
TB Code 4-21(5) - It is unlawful to continue to permit an unreasonably loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noise by keeping dog(s) that bark for long periods of time (15 minutes).
TB Code 24-2 - It is unlawful to camp on the beach without obtaining prior permission.
TB Code 24-3(a) - It is unlawful to surf within 500 feet of either side of fishing piers.
TB Code 24-3(b) - It shall be unlawful to surf in an unsafe manner placing persons in the near vicinity of the surfer at imminent risk of bodily injury.
TB Code 24-11 - It is unlawful to jump, dive, or leap from a commercial fishing pier.
TB Code 24-37(a) - It is unlawful for personal items and beach equipment to be left unattended and remain on the public beach between the hours of 7:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.
